We gladly accept returns and exchanges

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • We don’t accept cancellations
  • Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Lost parcel : Though rare, we will replace/refund your order if your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated shipping time frame (providing the delivery address supplied by the customer is correct and complete).

Change of mind

Inform us of your decision to return within 14 days of receiving your order. As soon as we receive the item back in its original condition we shall issue you a refund. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Please discuss before sending, item must be in original condition.

Personalized & Custom

Please note, our personalized products are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged (unless faulty).

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect

Please report any faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order, providing us with photos. Upon our agreement return the item to us via standard rate shipping (obtain proof of posting & receipt for your records). We will then replace/refund your order and your return shipping cost too.

Customer Error

If we have already printed your personalized order unfortunately, we require that you purchase the print again. We understand errors can sometimes happen to all of us, so we kindly give a 30% discount off the new print in this situation (doesn’t apply to shipping cost).

Should your item/s arrive damaged, I will refund or replace the item/s as requested.
